When stem cells with adhesive growth characteristics are cultured in a suspended state on our developed 4D blood flow mimicking dynamic culture platform, cell surface proteins related to adhesion and penetration are overexpressed, resulting in the generation of cells and cell-derived exosomes with excellent tissue penetration and absorption.
