Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using the website services provided by StemExOne (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and other necessary matters in compliance with the Telecommunications Business Act and its Enforcement Decree.

Article 2. Effect and Amendment of the Terms

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows. The meanings of terms not defined in these Terms shall be subject to general commercial practices.

  1. These Terms become effective upon being posted to users.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms in the event of a change in circumstances or for important business reasons, and the amended Terms shall become effective in the same manner as the preceding paragraph.
Article 3. Rules Outside the Terms

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4. Use and Restriction of Service
  1. Users may view the Company's information, product information, etc., through the website provided by the Company.
  2. Users may leave inquiries to the Company through Customer Inquiries (Contact Us) and must provide accurate information when doing so.
  3. The Company may restrict all or part of the website services in the following cases:
    • ① Regular system maintenance, server expansion, and replacement
    • ② When normal service use is hindered due to power outages, equipment failures, or a surge in usage
    • ③ Other cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies
  4. The Company may not respond to or may delete Customer Inquiries (Contact Us) that fall under any of the following subparagraphs:
    • ① When inquiring by stealing another person's name or email
    • ② When false facts are stated in the inquiry or the inquiry is made for malicious purposes
    • ③ When the content includes profanity, slander, or other content that undermines social order or morals
Article 5. Service Use
  1. As a rule, the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special business or technical hindrance of the Company.
  2. The usage hours in Paragraph 1 shall not apply to days or times determined by the Company due to needs such as regular maintenance.
  3. The Company may change the functions of the website or the information provided without prior notice if necessary for the smooth provision of services.
Article 6. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
  1. The copyright and intellectual property rights for all information, designs, texts, images, etc., posted on the website by the Company belong to the Company.
  2. Users may not use the contents of the website for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior written consent of the Company.
  3. Users shall not arbitrarily modify, leak, or distribute the contents of the website to others.
  4. The Company may hold users civilly and criminally liable for any damages caused by violating this provision.

    • ⑤ Personal Information: Refers to information that can identify an individual, such as name and email, collected through Contact Us.

  2. The definitions of terms not stipulated in the preceding paragraph shall follow relevant laws and general commercial practices.
Article 8. Disclaimer
  1. The Company shall be exempted from responsibility for providing the service if it cannot provide the service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
  2. The Company shall not be responsible for any obstacles in using the service due to reasons attributable to the user.
  3. The Company strives for the accuracy of product information, etc., provided on the website, but as a rule, it is not responsible for any damages incurred by the user relying on it.
Article 9. Company's Obligations
  1. The Company will do its best to provide services stably and continuously in accordance with the contents specified in these Terms.
  2. The Company faithfully deploys necessary personnel and conducts inspections or recovery measures through continuous management and information security to provide smooth service to users.
  3. The Company endeavors to process received customer inquiries without delay and reply with the results.
    However, if it takes a considerable amount of time to process, the Company will notify the user of the reason and the processing schedule.
  4. The Company does not use the information collected during the inquiry process for purposes other than the original intent or provide it to third parties without the user's consent.
Article 10. User's Obligations
  1. Users must comply with these Terms, operational policies, and related laws, and must not engage in any other acts that interfere with the operation of the Company.
  2. If a user acts contrary to these Terms, the Company may restrict access to the website and take measures such as deleting malicious inquiry data.
  3. Users must not engage in acts that infringe on the Company's intellectual property rights or disrupt normal operation, such as attacking the website's server.
Article 11. Notice to Users

The Company values communication with users. When notifying users, unless otherwise specified in these Terms, the Company may notify them through website announcements or by sending an email to the email address entered when submitting an inquiry.

Article 12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between the Company and the user regarding the use of the website, the Company will consult faithfully with the user to resolve the dispute.

Article 13. Filing an Objection
  1. Users must comply with their obligations under the Terms of Use, and if they have an objection to the measures taken by the Company, they may file an objection through the Customer Center (Contact Us).
  2. After reviewing the submitted objection, appropriate adjustments may be made according to the violations of the Terms of Use.
Article 14. Reporting Rights Infringement, etc.
  1. A person claiming rights pursuant to Article 103, Paragraph 1 of the Copyright Act should submit a request for copyright protection.
  2. When requesting the resumption of transmission or reproduction of content by proving rights pursuant to Article 103, Paragraph 3 of the Copyright Act, please submit a request for resumption of content along with evidentiary documents proving that you are the legitimate right holder.
  3. Pursuant to Article 22-5, Paragraph 1 of the Telecommunications Business Act, please submit requests for reporting or deleting the distribution of illegal visual materials and harmful content.

Article 15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
  1. These Terms or the StemExOne website shall be governed by and implemented in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Disputes related to these Terms or the StemExOne website may be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 16. Effective Date

These Terms will take effect on March 1, 2026.
